4.Payment for the acquisition of Points

All TripLatina trips have the values ​​in Points of the Tu Moneda program.

The purchase of the trip by the agency or reseller agent, can be through the purchase of Points, in a flexible way, respecting the rules of the program.

If the sale is made at a commissionable rate, the commission will be paid only at the end of the total payment of the trip.

NET fare payments

TripLatina does not stipulate a commission amount for your trips, only the NET values ​​are disclosed.

The reseller agency is free to apply its markup. The agency can carry out the negotiation directly with the client, applying its payment rules, and transferring the amount referring to the NET tariff to TripLatina, making the payment as presented above;

Commissionable payments

If for convenience, the agency or dealer agent want to add his commission in the amount of travel, and payments are managed by triplatinum, please send an email to financeiro@triplatina.tur.br , stating the amount in actual references markup that will be added to the NET tariff, and the reservation code.

Commission payments are made on the following dates:

  • Sales between the 1st and 15th of each month - Payment on the 1st of the following month *;

  • Sales between the 16th and the last day of the month - Payment on the 15th of the following month *

Group travel:

For group travel requests, the request must be made via email to grupos@triplatina.tur.br, informing the destination / trip,
minimum and maximum number of passengers, types of accommodation, (possible age of passengers), hotel category, desired tours
(if private or shared) and the desired date for the trip.

After the request is submitted, within 5 working days, the trip will be registered in the system on behalf of the agency. With possible hotels, types of
rooms, desired category, tours, transfers and other services requested, according to the availability of each supplier.

Only the agency will have access to travel information within the system.
