The amount of 20% can be used as a credit on a future trip of TripLatina, the amount that has already been used for reservations, tours or other contracted services, and are irrecoverable, there will be no way to reuse;

• From 29 days before the start of the trip onwards, 45% of the value is non-refundable, and may be higher if there are expenses incurred with the trip that are irrecoverable.

If the cancellation is requested by TripLatina:

• All paid amount will be refunded;

• If the cancellation occurs due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure before the start of the trip or during the trip, provided that it is duly proven with the relevant documentation, the amount will be returned with the discount of what has already been used and executed by TripLatina for purchase. hotel / hostel reservations, tours, transfers and administrative fees and fees related to the commercial transaction. It will take place as follows:

  • Services that have already been performed / enjoyed by the CONTRACTING PARTY will not be refunded;

  • The services that were not performed due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, will have their values ​​returned, according to the policy of each supplier, adopted for such situation:

    • If the value of the service not performed is returned to TripLatina, the value will be returned to the CONTRACTING PARTY, except for the values ​​of international and / or national transfer fee, commercial transaction fee (invoice issuing fee, credit card administrator fee , and exchange rate of the day, purchased to perform the service), agency commission and administrative fees;

    • If the value of the service not performed is reverted in credit to TripLatina, the value of the service will be returned after use by TripLatina, except for international and national transfer / receipt fees, commercial transaction fee (boleto issue fee, fee from the credit card company, and the exchange rate of the day, purchased to perform the services), agency commission and administrative fees.

  • The return of amounts in fortuitous or force majeure cases will be made as soon as TripLatina receives the amounts, as TripLatina intermediates the contracting of tourist services, depending on third parties for their effective execution, such term will depend solely and exclusively on the third party supplier that can having their activities ceased at any time due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure;

  • If mutual interest and triplatinum contractor, the amount already paid for execution of contracted services that have not been executed will go to the Points Program triplatinum, and will be in credit to the contractor use in future trip to triplatinum.

• If the CONTRACTED PARTY considers that it is not possible to carry out the trip, due to external factors arising from fortuitous cases, the CONTRACTED PARTY may cancel the trip in advance, in order to avoid non-refundable costs, and make a full refund to the customer;

• if for technical operational reasons that prevent the complete fulfillment of the activity, all the amount paid will be refunded, except for commercial transactions fee;
